I want to personally thank you for the excellent job you did in designing, installing, and setting up our new business system. As you may recall this is the fourth system we have acquired as our first was purchased in the early 80’s and we have found a normal cycle of approximately seven years of useful service on each system.

Our previous purchases were done with in house personnel, relying on the advice and input of software / hardware suppliers. This is the first time we have used a computer consultant to take us through the process and it is the first time the process has been completed within the desired time period and within the established budget. While there were challenges along the way I am pleased that there were no “surprises” as has sometimes been the case in the past.
